Wen Dombrowski, MD, MBA is a geriatrics physician executive that brings a unique perspective to healthcare with her clinical, policy, business, and technical expertise. As Chief Convergence Officer for CATALAIZE, she advises healthcare organizations, technology companies, and investors in developing innovative business models and technologies to improve care.
Additionally, Dr. Dombrowski is formally trained in bioethics, has served on medical ethics committees for nearly 20 years, and has advised artificial intelligence companies on the ethical implications of technology design. Her clinical interest is in medically and socially complex patients — including older adults, people with disabilities, the urban poor, and other vulnerable populations.
Dr. Dombrowski was previously Chief Medical Information Officer for a large homecare provider, the Technology & Communications Strategy Lead for a large health system’s Value-Based Care initiatives, Clinical Informatics Director at a multi-specialty network of community clinics, and Medical Director at a special needs plan for Medicaid-Medicare dual-eligible seniors.
