Biography

Trained in both pediatric neurology and biomedical data science, Dr. David Stark has made a career working on both sides of the healthcare spectrum: as a physician, working directly with patients, and as a bioinformatician, working with data to drive health research and product development. David is Assistant Professor of Health System Design and Global Health and Medical Director of the Institute for Next Generation Healthcare at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Prior to Mount Sinai, David was a research fellow in the departments of medicine and bioengineering at Stanford University School of Medicine where he focused on developing data-driven tools for assessing neurological, psychiatric, developmental, and behavioral health.
